Cultural Information[edit | edit source]

In Morisyen culture, it is considered polite to say goodbye multiple times. The more formal the situation, the more times you should say goodbye. For example, if you are saying goodbye to a respected elder, you should say goodbye at least five times. This is a sign of respect and politeness.
