It's important to know and understand directions when navigating and traveling. Here are some common words in Jamaican Creole English for giving and receiving directions:

  • Person 2: Yu affi go op di road a likkle bit, den tun right. Go dung di hill and yuh reach! (You have to go up the road a little bit, then turn right. Go down the hill and you'll arrive!)

Jamaica is filled with beautiful and historic landmarks to visit. Here are some Jamaican Creole English words to describe these landmarks:
