أنا آكل فطور. ana a'kul fuṭūr. I eat breakfast.
نحن نشرب شاي. iḥna nishrab shāy. We drink tea.
هم يعرفون اللغة العربية. hum yi'arifūn al-lugha al-‘Arabiyya. They know Arabic.
هو يعمل في المستشفى. huwa yi'amil fi al-mustashfā. He works in the hospital.
هي تدرس في الجامعة. hiya tidruss fi al-jāmi‘a. She studies at the university.
أنا أحب القهوة. ana yi'hib al-qahwa. I love coffee.
هو يكره الانتظار. huwa yikrah al-intidhār. He hates waiting.
نحن نسكن في القاهرة. iḥna niskun fi al-Qāhira. We live in Cairo.
هي تأخذ دروسًا. hiya ta'khudh durūs. She takes lessons.
هو يرسل رسالة. huwa yirsil risāla. He sends a message.
هي تفتش عن المفاتيح. hiya tifattish ‘an al-mafātīḥ. She searches for the keys.
هو يركب الدراجة. huwa yirkab al-darāga. He rides a bike.
أنا ألبس ثوبًا جديدًا. ana yilbis thawban jadīdan. I wear a new dress.
هم يرون الفيلم. hum yishuf al-film. They see the movie.
هو يفعل ما يشاء. huwa yi'amil ma yashā’. He does what he wants.
أنا أجيب السؤال. ana yigib al-su'āl. I bring the question.
هو يبيع الفواكه. huwa yibi' al-fawākih. He sells fruits.
نحن ننجح في الاختبار. iḥna yinjah fi al-ikhtibār. We succeed in the exam.
هي تلعب في الحديقة. hiya yil'ab fi al-ḥadīqa. She plays in the garden.
