In Hindi, to have could mean to possess, to own, to take etc. Let me give you some examples : 1. Muze ek ladkaa hai = मुझे एक लड़का है = I have a son. Ladkaa = son, boy, muze hai = I have. 2. Muze ek ladkee hai = मुझे एक लड़की है = I have a daughter / girl. Ladkee = daughter, girl, muze hai = i have 3. Mayray paas gaadi hai = मेरे पास गाडी है = I have / own a car. Mayray paas = with me, i own, gaadi = car. 4. Kyaa aap chaay lenge ? = क्या आप चाय लेंगे ? = Would you like to have a TEA ? Kyaa = what / whether, aap = you, chaay = Tea, lenge = will you TAKE Thanks for reading.
