The present participle (as in ‘drinking’) is formed by replacing the infinitive -ön with -öl:

  • drinöndrinöl ‘to drink’, ‘drinking’
  • lilönlilöl ‘to hear’, ‘hearing’
  • spikönspiköl ‘to speak’, ‘speaking’
