The comparative and superlative are formed by adding -um and -ün respectively to function as adjectives and adverbs:

  • nulik, nulikum, nulikün ‘new’, ‘newer’, ‘newest’
  • verätik, verätikumo, verätiküno “correct’, ‘more correctly’, ‘most correctly’
