О п’ятій годині. O pyatiy hodyni. It is five o'clock.
О восьмій годині. O vosʹmiy hodyni. It is eight o'clock.
Двадцять хвилин на першу. Dvadtsyatʹ khvylyn na pershu. Twenty minutes past twelve.
П’ятнадцять хвилин сьомої. Pyatnadtsyatʹ khvylyn syomoyi. Fifteen minutes to seven.

Note that "на" (na) is used to indicate "past" when mentioning minutes after the hour and "до" (do) is used before the hour when mentioning minutes to the hour.
