What is the traditional Basque breakfast?
Just after getting up, the Basques can, for example, drink coffee, cocoa or orange juice and eat pastries or toast.

Breakfast is called "Amaiketako" (Almuerzo in Spanish) or GOSARI.

Arratsalde on ! Orain (2022-03-19) larunbatean gira eta aroa ederra da . Arbolak (zuhaitzak) hostoak ukan hasten dituzte . Martxoan gira. Egun biak hamar guti dira eta temperatura ez da hotza , hemeretzi (19) gradu dira. Etxean egonen naiz Euzkara ikasteko. Egun bat, hitz bat: GOSARI. Goizean gosaria hartu dut! Esnea eta ogia hartu ditut.
