פעמוני עצם ישירים בספרדית הם מילים שמציינות מהו העצם הנגזר של המשפט. הם מחליפים את העצם הישיר בנפרד, והם תלויים בשם העצם הנגזר במשפט.<br />

לדוגמה, במקום להשים את המונח "הספר" בסוף המשפט, אנו משתמשים בפעמון עצם ישיר, "אותו". המשפט הופך להיות: "אני קורא אותו"<br />
