&lt;div&gt;I have done or I have been doing&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the most of the sentences both of them can be correct but there is different between them:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1-some verb can't get &amp;quot;ing&amp;quot; such as &amp;quot;like -love-hate and ...&amp;quot; for these verbs we can just use present perfect that means I have done&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2- another different is , present perfect ( i have done ) mostly use for actions that were starting in the past and finish now but present perfect continues (i have been doing) just use for actions that were starting in tge past and now still is continueing&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

How can we have greeting with each other?&lt;br /&gt;

First you should say &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hello  or   Hi   &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And answers comes with hello or hi , now days some people  say &amp;quot; hello and hi &amp;quot; together its common too&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If he/she is your firend you can say : &amp;quot;hey&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scond you shoul say :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;quot;How are you? &amp;quot;  Or &amp;quot; whats up? &amp;quot; or &amp;quot; how's it going&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It answers come with :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;quot; I  am fine thank you and you?&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;

We will talk together about job or age next lesson&lt;br /&gt;
