They are words with very similar meanings and that can be used as synonyms and interchangeably on most occasions, and when they cannot be used, any Spaniard will understand you perfectly.

Demonstrative adverbs of place. They refer to a position, situation or place, always close to you.

Ven para aquí / Ven para acá - Come here / Come here.

Trae para aquí / Trae para acá - Come here / Come here.

However, we usually say ''Aquí hay'' and ''Acá hay'' is not used.

The use of "Acá" is more widespread in Latin America.
