# Lech Wałęsa- Polish politician and inidtiator of trade union ,, Solidarność&amp;quot;. He has been fighting for freedom in Poland and he has contributed to the fall of communism. He received a Nobel Peace Prize. He was first president of Poland who was elected in free elections.&lt;br /&gt;
# Robert Lewandowski- One of the best footballer in Europe. At the moment he is a player of Bayern Monachium team.&lt;br /&gt;

# Jerzy Owsiak - Polish charity activist. 1.Cheese cake - sernik &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cake made with creamy cheese, eggs, starch and butter. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Apple pie - szarlotka&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A shortcrust pastry or sponge cake full of sweet apple filling seasoned with cinnamon and / or nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. ,, Birds milk&amp;quot;- Ptasie Mleczko&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One of the most popular sweets in Poland. It is a flavour mousse (vanilla, chocolate, lemon, coffee or other) covered with a thin layer of chocolate. It is produced by Wedel company.&lt;br /&gt;

4. Prince Polo wafer - wafelek Prince Polo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A crunchy waffle full of cream, covered with chocolate. The classic has a chocolate flavor but there are other options such as nut, coconut or milk.&lt;br /&gt;

5. Mazurek&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It is a traditional cake which is prepared usually for Easter. It consist of crunchy pastry, delicacies and choocolate icing&lt;br /&gt;

6. Michałki&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Michałki are famous Polish choocolate sweets full of nuts filing and crunchy pieces of peanuts. There are many companies which produce them but the best are from  Wawel or Mieszko factories.&lt;br /&gt;

7. Racuchy - yeast pancakes&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Racuchy are a fritters from sweet yeast dough. Thay are fried in deep oil on the pan. They are sometimes served for a dinner. Sometimes Racuchy have some pieces of apples or raisins inside.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

# Pierogi (dumplings)- it is well-known flour dish. The thin pieces of dough stuffed with different fillings and cooked in salty water. There are many types of pierogi's toping among others cottage cheese with onion and peper (pierogi ruskie), cabbage and mashrooms (eaten during the Christmas), minced meat, sweet cottage cheese, blueberries and other fruits. Well prepered piergoi should not be hard neither to soft. Pierogi should be full of fillings and the dough can not be thick. The pierogi are usually served with cream, cream and suggar or fried onion and greaves.&lt;br /&gt;
# Kotlet schabowy (Fried pork chop) - a piece of pork coated in breadcrumbs and fried in deep fat, traditionally on a lard. It is usually served with potateo and cooked cabbage.&lt;br /&gt;
# Bigos ( cabbage jumble)- the mix of cabbage (fresh or pickled), meat, sausage, mashrooms and anion cooked in one pote with red wine. There is many type of Bigos. It is often eaten during the open air festivals and bivouacs. It is usually eaten with bread.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
