Si j’ai bu m’intégrer quand j’étais en Egypte, et dans bien d’autres pays, c’est parce que j’ai pris le temps de vraiment observer les gens qui m’entouraient. Je n’ai pas attendu que mon entourage s’imprègne simplement sur moi.
Lorsque que vous étudiez une langue et suivez des comportements spécifiques à une culture, vous gagnez en perception et en conscience. Vous êtes attentif.
Je me suis rendu compte que le fait d’être exposé à d’autres cultures et populations m’ont rendus plus conscient encore des qualités uniques de ma propre culture et comment mon comportement y était lié. J’apprécie d’autant plus les endroits que je visite, mais aussi l’endroit d’où je viens.
Ce qui rend ma langue maternelle plus appréciable encore…
