Sometimes it’s a question that I can’t really warn them in advance with a quick link on the contact-me form, but it’s still something that I get day in and day out. The biggest one by far is a specific question that I answer in a specific post, that they may not have found by using the search tool on my site.

In this case, I have a template set up to thank them for the question and a space to paste in a link to the relevant post. I was even getting enough of these to merit creating a template one for Spanish and French! A volte è una domanda che non riesco ad avvisare con un link veloce nel form dell'area "Contattami", ma è comunque qualcosa che ricevo un giorno sì e un giorno no. La maggiore è di gran lunga una domanda specifica che rispondo con un post specifico, che potrebbero non aver trovato usando lo strumento di ricerca del mio sito.
In questo caso ho un modello impostato per ringraziare per la domanda e uno spazio per incollare un link a un post rilevante.
