[b]1. Format[/b]
Please follow the same format that is used in the English version, including punctuation and capitalization.

[b]2. Variables[/b]
(Variables can be numbers, names, discussions or other contents of PolyglotClub)
Variables within the brackets are in red, like {1} {2}. Please do not translate the variables.
Example:
English: {1} You have received {2} new messages
French: {1} Vous avez reçu {2} nouveaux messages

[b]3. Links[/b]
Terms that will become HTML links on PolyglotClub webpages are surrounded by brackets and colored red, like: this is {link1}PolyglotClub{/link1}. You should translate the words colored black, because they will actually be displayed. Please do not translate HTML links that appear in red.
Examples:
English: Go to the {link1}main page{/link1}.
French: Aller sur la {link1}page principale{/link1}.

[b]4. Formal and informal Translations[/b]
Please submit the formal expression of the item. Avoid slang and impolite expressions.

Respectez le format utilisé dans la version anglaise, y compris la ponctuation et l'emploi de majuscules.

Les variables entre crochets ou accolades, par exemple {1} {2}. Ne traduisez pas les variables.
Exemple :

Les termes qui deviendront des liens HTML sur les pages de PolyglotClub sont entre accolades et de couleur rouge, par exemple : voici {link1}PolyglotClub{/link1}. Les mots en noir doivent être traduits parce qu'ils apparaîtront sur le site. Il ne faut pas traduire les liens HTML, qui sont en rouge.

Exemples :

Proposez des traductions dans le registre courant. Évitez l'argot et les expressions vulgaires.

    Words or phrases surrounded by a [notranslate] tag should not be translated.
