""Kadikoy is a subadministrative area that belongs to "Istanbul", the administrative area. In that case, you would transfer all members from "Kadikoy" region into "Istanbul" region using the same principle as above.

    Words or phrases surrounded by a [notranslate] tag should not be translated.
    Example:

    French: Vous pouvez dire : "[notranslate]Hej![/notranslate]".

  • 5. Formal and informal Translations
