I grew up in France/ Le Havre and I completed primary school there. After my family’s mission abroad ,I continued my school life in Turkiye. I currently live in Antalya. Travelling and discovering new things has been an incredible pleasure for me since my childhood. During my school years , I realised that I could also do this professıonally and I applied for a Cabin Attendant job on the advertisement given by an aırline company. For 15 years I travelled to many countries and discovered the cuisine of each country I visited. After saying goodbye to my career as a flight attendant, I wanted to add Cookery Training to my overseas experience. I study Culinary Arts at American Hospitality, İnternational Hospitality and Culinary Academy and Akev University Cooking and Pastry. I have travelled to 55 countries and got to know many cultures. I conitinue my Professional life experiences by consulting on food and beverage traditions, Turkish and world cuisine flavours and concepts.
