Need a Translation Please

There is a sign not far from my house. I believe it is in Japanese and I have looked for the characters in my books and online. I cannot find the characters or a translation for it and was hoping to find some help from someone here. Thanks!

oh korean! I see. I had originally thought it was Japanese since a few of the characters are similar. I will look up Koreans characters. Thank You everyone!
