What do you think about relationships of nations over the world

Nowadays, nations is trying to establish friendly relationships. But the relationships is whether  steadfast or not. What factors affect that? Do you know clearly  what countries have a friendly relationship with your country.

VietNam is in The Indo-Chinese Peninsula where include 3 countries: VietNam, Laos and Cambodia. We have many mutual basis about geography, weather, culture. We united to fight against aggression wars. So, we have establish friendly relationships for a long time. Besides, VietNam has good relationships with CuBa, Russia. They help us so much in wars and in present. Nowadays, VietNam have establish relationships many coutries over the world with a guideline "VietnamMale to be a friend, a trusted partner of countries in the international community, striving for peace, independence, development and mutual benefit". I think that a good relationship must establish on equal relation. There are rich countries, there are poor countries but all of country are equal.

    I know clearly about friendly relationships of my country. I can tell about this fluently by Vietnamese but I can't express well by English. So I need you show your opinion by English to study.

Hi, I think that not so many countries had unfriendly relationships. It's positive that we are not fighting against a problem but rather discuss it. I'm from Germany and we have a very friendly relationship to France, but this time we have a little problem with our relationship, because we are not agree how the Euro-crisis can be solved. A important factor of a friendly relationship is mutual basis (social, culture, economic, ...). What is your opinion?
